php - html been hacked question

Hi I am not sure if this is the thread to attain the help I require - nor if this site is the right place. I just know searching though this site has been mighty helpful to me in the past with other issues.

The issue: Our site had a top sites voting box which has disappeared off our page and the page that links others to our site has been altered and changed. We can view source code and know how to change all that information, but the site seems to be running in php and we dont know how to change the coding to restore our correct information.

I hope I am making sense and once again apologies if I am in the wrong place and thank you for any help that may be given

 

It sounds like you are using a premade php application to produce the top site voting box, possibly to generate more of your site as well, maybe one provided by your host? If so, can you post the name of the application and its version information?
