    hello all

    i have a very....silly error..

    PHP:
    Warningsession_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter headers already sent (output started at /home/myusrname/public_html/login/index.php:1in /home/myusrname/public_html/login/index.php on line 1
    As you can tell by the error, line 1 is session_start(); and there is NOTHING whatsoever before it.

    its literally

    PHP:
    <?PHP session_start();
    so i don't get it, cause i've used sessions before.

    i've also used

    PHP:
    <?PHP if (!session_id()) { session_start(); }
    because i read a while ago that sometimes, you may have to put the session_id first before using session_start(); but that didn't change anything.

    Just so you know, its appearing in front of every single page that uses it, not just the one page.

    So I'm stumped.....

    any ideas.

    you wont believe it but....

    the code wasn't

    Code:
    <?PHP session_start();
    it was

    Code:
     <?PHP session_start();
    one tiny little space!!!! :eek:

    the thing is, the entire page had that little space at the beginning of every line for 20 lines or so. so anyway...
