phpmyadmin

Ok I am having another problem. I am adding a spellchecker to my forums but this requires me to add another table or something. Below are the instructions:

ALTER TABLE `phpbb_users` ADD `user_autospell` TINYINT( 1 ) DEFAULT '1';

How would I do this in phpmyadmin. Please give step by step instructions on adding a table because I've tried a bunch of stuff but I still cant figure out how to do this.
