Phpnuke

I would like to learn to use php nuke, but had a terrible time trying to install in on my PC. Is there an installer for this, like a typical wizard thats just a few mouse-clicks and then your done?

If I don't plan on building a web server, do I still need Apache or IIS? I just want to install it on my xp machine to build web sites locally. I'll host the sites somewhere else.

I've been told that php nuke is not difficult, but installation is tricky. For me, it's been impossible!
