Pic Prob Tried All Still Need Help

I am running Win XP home edition, browser is IE7 on a Dell Dimension 3000 PC. I use myspace alot and on it I get the infamous Red X instead of pictures. I have went thru ya'lls threads and tried e'thing including IEFix which can't run bcuz of IE7. I only have this problem when I go to myspace. However, when I go to the library or family and use they're pc wala pictures are there. So, it is definitely something in mine. Any further suggestions on what I can do??

Well, there could be all sorts of things contributing to your problem, so I would start with the easy things.

First off, I would try cleaning temp files. CCleaner is very well suited for this job!

 

Ok, I ran CC Cleaner reran spyware/virus/dumped temps and cookies did a disk cleanup/defrag. Problem is still there. And I am ready for the next step if there is one.

Well, you might also try reading this Microsoft KB, titled, Pictures are not displayed on Web sites in Internet Explorer
