Picking Right Software Program

Hello I am new to computers and hope this is the correct place to ask some questions if not sorry.
Need assistance to find a program that will allow text to be placed around a circle or arc and control the distance from the circle .Would also like to be able to flip text where text on top of circle reads from left to right and text on bottom of circle reads from left to right.Program needs to have multipal
fonts would like program to be user friendley and simple to use.

Do you have MS Word installed? If so, click on Insert on the Menu Bar, scroll down to Picture and look at the list of options. Try WordArt and see whether that will answer any of your requirements. Once inserted into your document, you can resize and play around with the words.
