Picking up direct sound from computer, how do i stop it!

Well, ive been using a mic for teamspeak for some time now. Over a year, this has never happend to me and i didnt mess with anything for this to happen. My mic, i guess i should say?, is picking up every sound from my computer. Sounds from things like AIM or games i play, and is fed into Teamspeak. It is not my mic picking up backfeed from speakers or headphones. When i mute everything there is no backfeed. But i know for a 100% fact it is not my mic picking up the sound, its coming directly from my computer to being picked up. I messed with settings for hours in sound/voice management ands ettings in teamspeak. PLease help how do i stop this lol =\
