Yea didnt have to mess with the voltages, just changed the clock speed up.

Which 3d mark should i use for xp? the newest one wont run on xp ig uess, i used 06 and scored like 19k i think.

 

haha i think my gfx card has a lot to do with the big score, i think the highest on 06 was like 22k or something so oh well, if i had 2 GTX280 im sure id be closer to that, but im happy with my 19k

but yea core i7 is soooooooooooooo fast, even like unpacking a file from winrar takes all but 20seconds to do compred to minute wait times, i love it.

 

nice box. i use an i7 920 rig too, but no OC.

 

That is nice. I've got the same HSF on top of my 920. Switched the stock off after a couple of months. I need to get into the BIOS and start fiddling around.

 

its very easy to do, just change the FSB up a little bit, dont go over 3.6 without knowing the vcore cuz i hear you need to change that a little to get it stable. so do more research before going above 3.6

never used the stock HSF, i ordered this one right away with everything, works out well, i love my PC it rocks.
