Picture Quality after putting in PNG. form is less beautiful..help

My name Is Takwon

I have a camera ArcSoft Companion webcam, Logitech web cam, and a Flip Camera. DO you know the difference between them? "There is no difference"

When I take a picture on one of these devices and then load up installed program software (desktop shortcuts) The Pictures are beautiful and of High Quality they are lovely!

But when I search the folders in the documents section of my computer and find the Photos, they are either in PNG or Jpg form. I copy/paste extract the images to my desktop they come out darker, more red, and more blurry then the original crisp image.
When I'm In the Picture taking programs on my computer they look perfect, When I extract them and open them with anything else they look (reddish, darker, blurry, and lower quality over all.)

Can anyone help me out?

May be some sort of computer program or tweak? A different picture form? picture converter, An answer?
