pinnacle video editor problems

    I download pinnacle avid studio and when i download it i try to install i get a error it say's Errors encountered while performing the operation look at information window for more details.and look at the window and here is what i see
    Unexpected end of archive
    i am :banghead
    the file is meant to be 2.7 but is 2.54
    my pc was blocking it could that be the problem
