Hi, My dad had some videos converted to MP4 by Max Speilman and put onto a USB stick. When he plays them on his fairly new I5 laptop they play very pixelated (unwatchable) so he went back and they plugged it into their laptop and they played fine. So he asked me to have a look and they play fine on my 3 year old I5 laptop (Win 11) but pixelated on my older laptop (Win 10). His laptop is Win 11 btw.
Ive tried Windows Media Player and VLC.

    Any ideas please?

Maybe he is missing a CoDec? Try downloading a CoDec pack from MJ and give it a try. K-Lite , maybe?
Also update the video driver - use the manufacture's - not the MS version

It could be screen resolution differences between the various laptops.
