    ihave a eMachine T-3062. which is suppoed to run at 333MHz. However it crashed and never came back to that. It is now at 166MHz. Any help rectifing this would be appreciated.

    what were you doing when it crashed?

    Download EVEREST install it and make a report >report wizard>quick report>plain text file ... now save this to your computer and post it as an attachment, cause nobody wants to look through a ten mile long post.

    You might try going into your BIOS and restoring the Setup defaults. Then re-establish any custom settings you know you need.

    I think he might be confused between his FSB and RAM speed..but I can't be sure without more specs
