Planning on upgrading powersupply and display adapter but what will fit Narra3?

Hello!

I managed to get me a nice base rig for upgrading, however, I do need some help.

I'm not a hardcore gamer but I do enjoy playing games and I'd like a decent graphics card and with that, I'll need a decent powersupply.

I'm currently sporting this 300wat ATX powersupply:

and this Diamond 3450 for card.

I would like to upgrade to this card ( ASUS Geforce 9600gt ):

However, I don't know if the powersupply has all the needed connectors for my motherboard ( Narra3 ).
Could you people offer any assistance please?
