Anyone know an email address for play.com that will allow me to get some more help than what they offer in the 'Help' section of their website?

Email you could use is info[at]play.com (change the [at] to @) not strictle the support address, but they maybe able to direct you into the right area as most of their support is via online submission here http://www.play.com/HOME/HOME/6-/Help.html?page=helpdesk choose thre right area for your question.

Useless for customer service as they don't provide a direct email address and their contact number is an 0845 which I refuse to use.

I recently made an order totaling just under £90 on 17/1/09 and on Friday just gone it hadn't been dispatched. To me, that is dreadful service so I cancelled the order and bought from Amazon instead.

To put it into perspective, I ordered from Amazon Friday night and 4/5 of the items have already been dispatched. Won't be using play.com again.
