When connecting the Pioneer X-HM71S to the home network, this can be used to play mp3 from PC in Music Server mode. There is nothing more in the manual than: connesct to wifi, configure your device's ip adress, choose Server/Network mode, and play audio files. When I copy the files into these folders, they are not visible to my audio system. How to configure a pc to see the amplifier all the directories, outside the basic libraries/Music or Public Music? Perhaps by making disks with the same rights as those in the Users? Maybe my question is stupid, but I need to advise on how to make it even from usb disks.
    Thanks for any advice

Where possible the easy way to stream music from a pc to an audio system is with Bluetooth, which I see the Pioneer has. If your PC doesn't already have BT then get a USB Bluetooth dongle. They are cheap as chips.

According to the information given by Pioneer here, there's no Bluetooth connectivity for this particular model.

Ah, pity. I've read it can be added but not how, but imo it's worth asking the manufacturer. If it has to be done by wifi then absolutely essential to give it a static IP address. Easy enough if you understand Windows networking but a big ask for the OP I suspect.

yes, that feature of BT support has model X-HM81. I´m looking for simple guide/tutorial of wifi configuration on dlna server to use with my situation. Does anyone know of any?

I use a Analog car jack for my car to play off my cell phone it would probably work on the computer as well.

To be honesty i really don't like the Blue tooth option.Because it's to much of a pain to setup unless you know how to do it.

If you are talking about your car thank the Jack would be your best bet if you have the jack option.

Prefer not to use bt option...
I found simplest way to do it as needed: Serviio media server
    It works perfectly for me.

Have you set a fixed IP for the Pioneer or is it being allocated by DHCP?

Pioneer is connested via DHCP ip. Anyway, it works in any case the connection via wifi, issue was with pc/usb/folders sharing. Not only that one users/public/...

It needs a DLNA server to play your files on the PC. Windows Media Player features a DLNA server and based on you having access to your basic WMP libraries, that's what it's using. Add those other folders to your WMP library.
