Play Video's Direct From Email Message Body

    Currently using Edge, Vivaldi and Chrome. for mail my clients. All three seem reluctant to play video clips, direct from email message body . I am asked to download then play, seems a little antiquated in this day and age, or is the operator getting something wrong?. I have tried all the usual video players . I did not have this this issue in years past. Has something changed? Help or advice appreciated
