Playing download

Hi,
I have downloaded a movie and when I try to play it a screen appears saying that I need to buy Moviexplayer. That would be OK as it is inexpensive but a little research suggests it is a scam as it doesn't work.
I have tried playing it in Windows media player, VLC, Media player classic,Nero and Inter Video WinDVD.
I have Codec K Lite Mega Pack installed.
There is some encryption I just can't get round.
Any help would be appreciated.

Delete it!! its a virus and a phisher file, its not an actual movie at all.
