Playing .ogm File Extension

How can I play a .ogm file extension?

If you downloaded/installed the codec, it should play the video in Windows Media Player.

 

How can I fix this problem, whenever I play it the english dubbed and the real japanese voice are mixing together?

 

It sounds as if they're are two different audio streams. There are many ways to fix this, I can't explain how to do this.
