I need to know how to play a sound file using the command line. The exact problem I'm having is that I'm trying to get the webcam button on my keyboard to play the "aww yeah" battle stims sound effect from Starcraft without it opening normally and playing in Winamp. (Suggested by a friend of mine. I have no webcam and was asking for suggestions as to what I should make the button do.)

If I can find out the command line string, I can type that in rather than using the direct path to the .wav file.
