PLEASE.. Each time I download, I get this small window in the corner?

Hi! I just bought a Toshiba M50-MX5, and each time I download something for example winzip on Download.com, has soon as I click on the download link or button, there's this little window that pops up for like 1 second in the upper left corner... see picture below. I've had 3 different new laptops in the past 2 weeks, and never noticed this. Now I used most spyware remover programs, and everything seems to be clean.. I really need some help finding what this is.. I’m going nuts..

Here are some of the programs I have installed:

AVG Antivirus.. (Could it be something with a new version of AVG antivirus?)
Windows XP (Could it be a new security in XP)
CuteFTP 7
Photoshop
Office One note
Word Frontpage
Partition Magic
Mirc
Winamp
Ad-aware
Spybot search and destroy


Is this a spyware? Anyone else is experiencing this?

Chances are that it is a bundled application included with your new laptop that is causing this. Skype is a P2P app that allows VOIP phone calls, unless I'm mistaken.
