Please help... error message on Outlook

Hi. I'm getting error messages one I start up my computer and when I open my Microsoft Outlook program. I have Windows XP. Please take a look below for the info, thanks...

Error when I start computer:
VsStat.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Errors when I start Microsoft Outlook:
