Please help! I've got a nasty case of smitfraud-c.gp

    I have read the instructions and followed them up until MGtools.exe. This is where I need help.

    I have run Spybot, SUPER Antispywear, Malwarebytes, Combofix, a-squared and SmitfraudFix. When I reboot Smitfraud-c.gp reappears after I run Spybot.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
