Please Help Me Get Rid Of Dio Cleaner!!!

My computer has been infected with Dio Cleaner can someone please help me get rid of it. Every time I run adaware and spybot search and destroy, they find the problems and delete them but they are then replaced to my computer. Also my task manager wont open, it says it has been disabled by the administrator. Help in removing this virus would be greatly appreciated.

Please work through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST noting those which apply to your operating system. I may find some relief from these symptoms as you go. When you're finished we need to see (as attachments) the Combofix log and the MGlogs.zip (located directly under C:\ or the drive where your operating system is located). AVG Antispyware may or may not produce a log for you to attach to us. However, be sure to have it fix everything it finds. Also, do not skip instructions. It's important that Spybot's Teatimer be disabled. Also, we need for your computer to be in Normal Startup mode (not selective startup). These things are explained in the READ ME.
