please help me I don't know what I'm doing

I don't know what kind of virus this is, but I've been trying to get rid of it for days. Whenever I try going to random sites, it redirects me to this worldtracker.biz site and it took me about 20 minutes of random clicking to get to this site to type this. I downloaded all the spybot and adaware stuff and followed the step by step but it's still here. I know that the virus got in the computer from some new router thing on top of the computer that is for my brother's laptop. It won't let me go to a lot of the sites for downloading spyware killers too. I hate bothering you guys with more crap that you're probably sick of hearing about, but whatever is wrong with the computer is making me want to blow my brains out, please help me!!!!
