Please help me!

:cry Let me first start by saying my operating system is Windows Vista Home Basic with SP1.

I have a program downloaded on my computer for my job that streams work in when I go on their site and basically connects with my computer.

The problem is this: I ran ATF Cleaner today and when I tried to log into the program it told me "Bad Request Invalid Hostname" . I then tried to get on the site through the web and it told me the same thing.

I then did a system restore. Now when I try to login it tells me "Please check your internet connection." Well obviously it's fine because I am on here talking to you.

Also can't get on Google chrome because when I click on it, it tells me "UNable to find locale data files. Please reinstall."

So just because I cleaned my computer - I cleaned something out I needed and now I'm stuck. Please help!!!!! I need my program so I can work. Thank you!!!
