PLEASE Help me

    theres a spyware that took up my entire desktop and then set its own home page for my internet explorer and everytime i change the home page, it goes back to it. I went to msconfig and disabled rundll and i believe win32.... how can i enable them back? My safe mode doesnt work. And everytime i try system restore it tells me that it cant open it. None of my programs open.
