Please help me

Hello, I was wondering if someone could please advise me, I have a Packard Bell computer, and on it there are a couple of things I don't use; Activboard and activsurf. What I was wondering is, is it possible to remove these programs as I dont use them, and haven't got a clue about them anyway. If so how could I go about it? They don't appear in add/remove programs, and when I go into my comp, program files it wont let me delete them. Please help, thanks

 

Have you tried deleting the files in safe mode?

Its some kind of autoupdate thing,not considered too safe,you might be able to delete the startup entry using ccleaner.Some say its an adware.

Try moveonboot to delete http://www.gibinsoft.net/gipoutils/bin/moveonb.exe

 

For moveon boot go to the bottom of the page to where it says Old Version. This is unsupported but is also free.
