Please Help needed.........

Ive tried everything in the sticky thread.But i still have 2 problems.I have no idea how HijackThis works it's all new to me.But i need to fix these problems.

Ive tried various anti-virus programs(Norton,F-prot,AVG,etc)Also anti-spyware(Spybot,Adaware).

These are the 2 problems:


W32/Downloader.AJE----(C:\ied_s7.cab->ied_s7_c_23.exe)
W32/Mediket.B@dl----(C:\ied_s7m.cab->ied.exe)

I have put the location in brackets,as far as i know these are Trojans.I really need help with these as i need my pc clean.If any recommendations or info would be greatly appreciated.Or even a brief explanation wether these are serious etc.Will i need to use HijackThis or should i try something else first?
