please help no sound

im useing a dell dimension r450 and running win 98 se i done something awhile back and know i dont have any soun tried removeing every thing and leting the computer load up again still no sound some days it says no driver hen others like today on the directx diag it says the sound test failed becausse direct sound resources,such as priority level,were already in use by another caller.. and other time it will say no driver so i dont know what to do :

 

i have also went to dell and im not sure what im looking for there

 

i ran driveragent it said i have 85%good and 15%bad drvers the bad ones are STBnVIDIA TNT 16 MB,A UNKNOWN DEVICE,PCI MULTIMEDIA ADIO DEVICE,CINEMASTER C WDM MAIN DRIVER SO WHAT DO I DO IM NOT GOOD WITH THIS STUFF DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT HALF OF IT IS I DONT EVEN KNOW IF IM WRITING ON HERE RIGHT IF NOT LET ME KNOW THANKS

 

I would start by going into the device manager and deleting the audio driver...then enter you pc's service tag # here...

Download and reinstall the audio driver.
