I posted here yesterday but I'm still none the wiser as to how to fix my problem.
I bought an old PC (for my kids to trash, basically) and it has windows NT 4.0 on it.
It used to belong to a betting company and has all sorts of stuff on it, none of which I need or understand. How can I format the hard drive? On my own PC I have Windows ME and I had to format that a while back due to a virus. I assume it's roughly the same procedure, ie: make a start-up disc and start PC with disc in drive. I have tried this (following the same steps for Window ME) but can't find an option to make start-up disc. Can someone PLEASE help? It's doing my head in. Thanks in advance.
