Please help system not working- Run a DLL as an App has probelme and needs to close

App Name rundll32.exe has problems it keep giving error, i first had problmes with web posiotion gold web optermistation software, i had to unintall it ater getting error, spk to there support and they said i had network access problems, the computer was on a network but i removed it, took out netwrok card, but the system keeps re installing it, how do i stop this, the same with usb camera.

This problem occures when i go into system/hardware/device manager when i close down it gives this error any suggestions please/
