Earlier today, I was using my computer to browse the internet and suddenly my computer froze. I couldn't do anything so I was forced to turn off the computer manually. Afterwards I tried to turn the computer back on, except nothing comes up on the monitor. The computer doesn't beep once like usually. The motherboard light turns on and the fan for the processor turns on. So I'm guessing it's either my motherboard or my processor? If there was something wrong with the memory, at least it would give me some kind of beeps to indicate the error right? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

i'd unplug it and check all connections (internal and external). if you open open up the case, i'd also blow the dust out of there. - sos

^^^ then, clear cmos, try each stick of ram in each of the slots, once the pc posts, go to bios, load defaults, increase memory voltage to specs. If you don't know the specs, look it up at google on a working pc. You can pull one stick out and punch in the make & model.
