Please help w/hijack this log

Hello.
Unfortunately for me I am a major non-geek and I need help w/this log. I deleted what I thought was the problem but my homepage still seems to be hijacked. If someone could assist I would really, really appreciate it. Also please respond in non-geek terms if possible. Thank you in advance.

download, update and run Adaware and Spybot S&D and let them clean whatever they find.

Visit http://housecall.trendmicro.com for an online antivirus scan.

Then post your complete HijackThis log.

 

Thank you for your reply and suggestion. Ran spybot and adaware, fixed what they found and it looks like that took care of the homepage issue.

There are still a couple things:

In HijackThis, put a check by those lines and click 'Fix checked' then reboot to Safe Mode and delete this file:
C:\WINNT\system32\hosts.vbs

Do you have a Printscreen extension program, possibly named 'Purrrint'?
If you do ignore this, if not fix this too:
O4 - Global Startup: Purrrint.exe

Are you sure that's the entire log? Usually there are lines starting with '016'

If that 'about:blank' thing shows up again post back here and let us know...
