Please Help with these Pop-ups

I saw another thread named "Persitent Pop-up". I am having the same exact problem. I have ran every program and also followed the sticky guidelines to remove popups but still nothing works. i get these annoying pop-ups every 30 seconds or so.

Run this in safe mode

Then boot to normal mode

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [EzxMonitor] C:\WINDOWS\EzxMonitor.exe

Do you know what it belongs to? I can't find any info on it.
if you don't recognize it, find the exe and rename it to ezxmonitor.txt This way if it is found that you do need it then you can just rename it back.

Once you've done that, post another log.

I don't see ANY entries for the online scanners. Did you do them and delete them from HJT or did you not complete them. If you did not complete them as directed in the tutorial, please do so.
