Hows the weather there, were based in the Syracuse area ourselves, snow and freezing rain Ok, we dont look at Hijack This logfiles until you run the tutorial:

That will remove a lot of bad items found in Hijack This making our job easier. From there, if you want to tackle it yourself, you can try the Hijack This tutorial, http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=38752 , or attach your log file (not cut and paste) here.

 

I should say I dont see a lot of problems, but heres a few to consider removing. Abuse of the trusted zones in Internet Explorer is a known exploit. Please do the complete scans first
