please help with windows vista

ok so i was just using tune up utilities and i ran the disk doctor, i chose through analysis and when i started my computer i let the CHKDSK run, well when it finished my computer started acting up. it wouldnt shut down and when i pres CTRL+ALT+DEL i would get a blank screen and the following error message would pop up

"logon process has failed to create the security options dialog" in the title bar


it takes a long time for anything to start up. ctrl alt del do anything except crash or do nothing.

i did a print screen of the error but for some reason it wont paste into paint.

please help its a brand new computer

windows vista home premium if it matters

 

i took a picture with my phone of the error message i dont think its neccessary to post a picture its bassically a message box on a black background that says

"logon process has failed to create the security options dialog"
and then it has a red circle with an x in it and it says
"Failure - Security Options" next to it with an ok button

but i got the task manager open and i ended explorer.exe and brought it back and now ctrl alt del works so i dont know if it will work when i restart. ill try though.
