please help!

hi, i'm a newbie to this site.

i've been having problems with my pc. everytime i try to open my internet page it says internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. i downloaded hijack this and it won't let me open it and says the same thing, i downloaded superantispyware and ran a scan and it only found 4 cookies. i downloaded trendmicro virus scan and it wont let me open the file saying the same thing about internet encountered a problem and needs to close. i'm really getting frustrated and i'm hoping someone can help me. thanks :wave

 

hi, i do have avg antivirus running and was able to run a online scan earlier with no problem and it found nothing but then a few hours later all this mess happened. i was finally able to use hijackthis, but i'm still getting the internet explorer errors when i try to run the trendmicro scan and when i first open my internet page. i have to open it twice and then one closes with the errors and luckily the second one stays open with no problems so far.

 

i'm able to run avg with no problem and it still hasn't found anything. i ran malware bytes last night even though it took me awhile to be able to open it and it found 11 items which i deleted. i thought i had the problem solved because i was able to open my internet page with no problems, but this morning i started having the same problems and i ran another scan on malware and it found 6 items which i deleted. i'm still having the same problems, not being able to open trendmicro and my internet closing and sometimes it won't let me even open malware bytes saying the same thing that it encountered a problem and neeeds to close. i don't know what to do anymore plz help :cry
