please help

    I disabled vga save.

    I need to know how to reinstall with a black screen...I dont have a rescue disk as it was not included with my computer.

    the computer is a hp 750n

    running xp with service pack 2

    the computer wont boot past splash screen with card installed. I tried to force vga mode still have a black screen.

    wont boot in safe mode either..

    am I pooched??

    please help
