    could someone tell me what type connectors these are please there are from my dell 390 cpu fan and front case fan :)

    I don't know if they actually have a name but they are common in the Dell socket 775 and newer desktop machines.

    Black=Ground
    Red=12v
    White (or Yellow)=RPM
    Blue=PWM
