Please Help

    Please check these firewall settings and ensure that UDP ports 5060 and 50000 - 50100 are open for RTP streams and SIP signaling.

    I am COMPLETELY lost as to what to do at this point. I have read another thread with the same information but I dont understant the suggestions. I have disabled my firewall, Cox Communication does not have it blocked. I can't get an actual answer from anyone about your suggestion to disable the NAPT. I am not familiar with NAPT at all and I have no clue how to disable it to retest my computer for the Viop.

    Someone PLEASE if you have any clue as to what I am refering to can you please help me out?
