Please Help

    I am in desperate need of help. Not real computer literate. Have a virus coming up on Norton and 13 adwares. Can't get rid of them. Virus is being defined as BloodHound packed. Iam running: Norton, zonelabs firewall and at least 3 spyware removal programs so why do I keep getting these??? I would appreciate any help. Thanks :( :( :(

    Lot of fake spyware programs out there. Best free ones are Ad-Aware and Spybot. Some good pay ones include Pest Patrol and SpySweeper.

    You best bet is to folow our tutorial. A lot of files cant be removed because they are locked when in use by Windows, so you need to go to safe mode. That is covered here:

    Followed all those step and although they did remove alot they didn't get rid of the msn search virus. I'm now going to try the "only the best "HSA" steps, wish me luck because it sounds very confusing. :p
