please help

    Can anyone please help?

    keep getting message saying " virus trjan horse downloader. Agent.2.BM is found on file C:\WINDOWS....

    also keep getting a message saying that a BHO has been added.
    Would be grateful for help

    The message is from what program?

    and its always a good idea to start here:
