please help!!!

i know i have posted this question before, but, i'm afraid it has been overlooked. i have this message popping up on my screen, telling me i need to download something called visual basic scripting support. can anyone tell me what is and how i go about downloading it. i've trid clicking on the download button, but it won't let me.

This is windows script for XP. So if you are on XP and cannot d/l this file, are you on SP2 and it is being blocked?

 

no i do not have windows xp, i am running windows me.
