Please help

Hi everyone.
I'm trying to find a good, simple and free program to help me design a simple website. I will basically only be selling movies and will only need to list the movies. I would like to have them listed with a small thumb-nail you would click for more information, prices and maybe some screenshots. I would like to create a simple but nice homepage with a "FAQ" link and a "movie search" link. Should I have potential customers sign-in and what about shopping carts?
I have been selling on ebay for years but have zero experience in building web sites. So if anyone has had any experience with good, simple (and free) web site building tools I would be very thankful. Thanks alot, Jeff.
