Please please help

So like an idiot i brought my works laptop home, and accessed the internet not through vpn, proxy etc and my pc now has a virus ! here is what i have tried so far.

Installed norton from disk and boot up cd - disk says expired - even though it is not, boot up ran a scan but didn't find anything.

sophos is the sw we use and this wont load either.. nothing loads to do with antivirus

Finally managed to find a programme of malwarebytes which wasn't on an anti virus site as the pc will not allow me to open any ! ran malwarebytes chameleon scan found threats and deleted ! - then pc blue screened and after reboot issues still there, yet another scan finds nothing !!??

I have also found superantispyware - but it says it cannot write to midas.dll.
AVG will not install - says cannot attach to server.

The pc will not boot in safe mode, just blue screens then reboots..

Like i say i am in major trouble , this is my works laptop and wait for it..... i work in the IT department so changing proxy settings is a massive no no !!!

I have not yet tried tsskiller as i am unable to find a site that doesnt direct me to the antivirus site as i cant open any.. (even bloominpc.com (or whatever it's called)

Has anyone got anything else i could try?? i am actually considering whacking the hdd and dropping it lol i would rather go in tomorrow with a broken pc than a virus pc !
