please tell me where to post this problem

    I am having a problem with a computer that was my hubby's and we are giving it to our son for Christmas. The problem is, we can't get past the password screen. I need to know where to post my question! So I can get this computer unlocked for him!!!

    Thank you very much. However, I was able to just reinstall Vista to get by the admin password that was forgotten. There was no harm in doing that in this case due to now he can set it up like he would like, as if it was a new computer!! :)
