What is the software your trying to update to full version?
Do you already have full licence key for this version?

If the said software only updates to full version online then you may have to contact the company of this software and see if they have a workaround, "maybe" they have an updater that could be downloaded on the PC you typed this question on, then run on the otehr PC to activate the full version.

But if its an internet only update you sadly will be out of luck, but without more info on what the app is, we can only guess.

Kaspersky new versions as far as I remember do need to activate online, but if your willing to buy the full version of this software then contact Kaspersky support, they may have a workaround,

But alternative is as if this PC isnt connected to the internet, them malware is going to be limited exposure on this PC, you could go with one of the very good freeware antivirus applications in say Avast (all you need to do is register online for a serial key and they send you this in an email and enter the key in the product)

Then to update the antivirus with latest definition files just download them from here, copy them to USB pen or CDRW and install on that PC
