Kinda, along with the TV, had babies or at least one when those came out. So was that American Bandstand?

In Philly it was just Bandstand. When the show moved to California it was renamed American bandstand. Bandstand began as a local program on WFIL-TV (now WPVI), Channel 6 in Philadelphia on October 7, 1952. Then it was hosted by Bob Horn and was called Bob Horn's Bandstand. On July 9 of 1956 the show got a new host, a clean-cut 26 year old named Dick Clark. When ABC picked the show up, it was renamed American Bandstand, airing it's first national show on August 5, 1957. The show was moved to Los Angeles in 1964.
Dick Clark is the oldest teenager everto live past the untrusting 30 year olds.:D

I have been in love for 40 some years withthe blond on Dee Dee's right and never knew her name but I am getting close to an answer. I just wish I could go back in time and be a part of this fantastic time period. I would have been one of the thousands that attended Woodstock but I just got my first job at the time and thought it more important.

Good luck, 40 years huh. I watched it at the closes house on the way home from school. We even knew some of the names of the dancers on Bandstand the regulars. Woodstock, met a couple people who were there. Think I was going on my fourth baby by then rolleyes
I would like to do it over also only difference would be hunting down the father of my babies then toss em out and still have my children. Good plan huh :D

We'd say "wicked..." as in "very..."

    That was...
    ...wicked great
    ...wicked cool
    ...wicked fun

I don't remember just using the term "wicked" as a standalone word -- not in the 70's in Central New York.
