Plusnet problem

    My broadband supplier is Plusnet and when I switched on my computer yesterday Plusnet put out a message saying sorry to interupt your browser we've been unable to take payment I new this was not true because I pay direct debit and payment is taken out of my account on the 25th of each month.When I phoned Plunet about this problem and told the adviser that I could not use broadband she told me they were having traffic managment problems and I also got a phone call stating that fact today,they also sent me a email today to say if I turn my router off and turn it on after 30mins the message about unable to take a payment will dissapear I just wonder if they talk to each other down at Plusnet because they seem to be coming up with different stories.
