    I have a Foxconn M7PMX-S motherboard )http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813186140)

Foxconn had this program where you can load an image in the BIOS startup and change the boot splash screen. So I uploaded a picture of a Ferrari a while back (while on Vista)

I upgrade to Windows 7. Fast forward a few months...

The USB ports on my rig were acting weird so I popped in the Foxconn CD and reinstalled the System and Chipset Drivers (I think that included display drivers for NVIDIA as well)

It asks me to restart my computer and now it's stuck on the picture of the Ferrari. The Escape button's not working neither are any of the F buttons.

When I turn the computer on it goes straight to the picture of the Ferrari. Nothing else shows up. No text, no windows logo, nothing.

What's wrong with it? Pleas help this is my baby.

    Hi

Can you keep hitting F8 at boot and get into Safe Mode ok?

Likely issue is the drivers on the CD where not Windows 7 compatible ones and installing those have caused the non booting, see if you can in Safe Mode, system restore back to the date before this started.
